For business customers of Vector Route Systems
When your company uses the Vector Route Systems platform to process personal data — for example, names, phone numbers, or location information belonging to your drivers, customers, or personnel — your company acts as the data controller for that data, and Vector Route Systems acts as a data processor acting on your instructions.
Depending on your jurisdiction and the personal data your company processes through the Service (for example, under GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar data protection laws), your company may be required to have a Data Processing Agreement in place with Vector Route Systems before processing that data through the Service.
A Data Processing Agreement is a negotiated legal contract between your company and Vector Route Systems, not a self-service document. To request, review, or execute a DPA, contact us at legal@vectorroutesystems.com.
